Load & Unload assistance will need to be provided for parcels over 30kg Next working day between many large cities. Delivery within 2-7 working days elsewhere. No furniture, pallets or white goods. Items must be packaged in a cardboard box or jiffy bag. Ensure there are no handling instructions on the parcel such as 'Fragile', 'This Way Up' or 'Handle With Care'. A surcharge of $9.95 + GST per parcel will apply if these rules are not followed or items are poorly packaged.
