What cover does my consignment have?

Services that require a signature come with an inclusive transit cover of $100 (any service marked ATL Authority To Leave does not come with the $100 inclusive cover). Additional transit cover can be added at 2% of the declared value up to $2000 in consignment value. Please note Restricted Items are only covered for loss via our services and not damage, due to their fragile nature.

Our services don't offer a guaranteed collection. Some services have a guaranteed delivery ( Same Day)- this guarantee will only apply once the package has been collected.
