Connect Your Neto Store

Welcome to our Neto (Maropost Commerce Cloud) connection guide. This resource is designed to assist you in connecting your Neto store with Interparcel and configuring your shipping preferences for streamlined fulfilment.

Follow these steps to integrate your store:

Step 1: Obtain your Maropost API Key

First, you need to retrieve your unique API passkey from your Neto storefront to allow the two platforms to communicate.

  1. Log in to your Neto (Maropost) control panel. Navigate to Settings & Tools and select All Settings & Tools.
  2. On the left-hand menu, click on Developer Tools and select API Settings.
  3. Locate the Maropost API Key and copy it.
Note: Please ensure you copy the existing key; do not click Regenerate unless you intend to update all other existing API connections.

Step 2: Connect to Interparcel

Once you have your API key, you can finalise the connection within your Interparcel dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Interparcel account. Hover over the Shipping Tools tab, select eCom Platforms and click Connect your cart. Click Connect next to the Neto icon.
  2. In the connection pop-up, enter the following details:
    • Name: A nickname for the connection (e.g., "Neto Main Store").
    • Store URL: Your full Neto website address.
    • Neto API Key: Paste the key you copied in Step 1.
  3. Click Connect to Neto. Your Neto store is now integrated!
