Connect Your eBay Store
Welcome to our eBay connection guide. This resource is designed to assist you in connecting your eBay store with Interparcel and configuring your shipping preferences.
Follow these steps to integrate your eBay store:
- Log in to your Interparcel account. Hover over the Shipping Tools tab, select eCom Platforms and click Connect your cart. Click Connect next to the eBay icon.
- Indicate your Store name and click Connect to eBay.
- You will be redirected to eBay. Log in to your eBay account to authorise the connection.
- Your eBay store is now connected! Visit our eBay settings guide to customise your integration settings, or start sending orders using our Shipping Manager.
Connecting Multiple eBay Stores?
If you are connecting more than one eBay store, browser sessions can sometimes conflict and cause the connection to fail. Following these steps will resolve the issue:
- Revoke Access: Sign in to your eBay store and go to Security settings, find Third-party app access, and revoke Interparcel.
- Clear your session: Log out of both ebay.com and ebay.com.au.
- Switch Browsers: Open a different browser (e.g., if you use Chrome, try Firefox or Edge) or use an Incognito/Private window to complete the reconnection.
- Reconnect: Log back into your Interparcel account and follow the connection prompts as usual.
