Squarespace Integration Settings

Customising your Squarespace settings allows you to tailor the integration to your specific workflow, ensuring your shipping process is as efficient as possible and perfectly aligned with your business needs.

How to Configure your Squarespace Settings

Follow these steps to change the settings for your Squarespace integration:

  1. Hover over the Shipping Tools tab and click eCom Platforms. Then click the Manage button next to your Squarespace connection.
  2. In the Settings tab, you will be able to enable and disable the following features:
    • Auto dispatch orders in Squarespace: Enable this option to automatically mark orders as fulfilled and update tracking information in Squarespace once your orders are booked through Interparcel.
    • Product Tag to Ignore: Enter a specific tag here to exclude certain items from your imports (Eg. "Digital" or "Prohibited"). This is a helpful way to keep your dashboard focused only on the physical products that require shipping, or avoid sending prohibited items with Interparcel.
  3. Once you've adjusted these options to your liking, your Squarespace integration is fully optimised and ready to go! You can now proceed to the Shipping Manager to begin fulfilling your orders.
