How Smart Boxing Works


  1. Step 1: Log in to your Interparcel account, hover over the Shipping Tools tab, and select eCom Platforms. Ensure your ecommerce platform is connected.
  2. Step 2: Select the Inventory tab and import your product weight and dimensions from your store. You can upload them via CSV or add them manually.
  3. Step 3: Click the Smart Boxing tab and select Add New Box. Enter the dimensions for all the different shipping boxes or parcels you use.
  4. Step 4: Enable Smart Boxing by toggling the Enable/Disable Smart Boxing button. Once activated, the algorithm will automatically determine the perfect box for your products in every order, which you can view in the Shipping Manager tab.
