This guide lists the items you cannot send through our services, as well as items which are exempt from damage cover.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment, and must not be sent through our services.
Any of these items being sent may result prosecution, heavy fines and imprisonment.

Restricted Items

The following items are deemed unsuitable for shipment by our services, and are therefore restricted.
This means that you can send them however, you are doing so at your own risk. We recommend that you make arrangements for your own cover in the event of loss or damage. No Transit Warranty or guarantees whatsoever will apply to these items.
