DHL applies piece and consignment limits, volumetric weight charges, and maximum dimensions. As a guide, single pieces up to 70 kg and lengths up to 120-220 cm may be accepted depending on the service. DHL prohibits or restricts items such as dangerous goods, aerosols, cash, perishables, certain lithium batteries, and alcohol. Interparcel will generate the required customs documents during booking, but duties and taxes are normally payable by the receiver unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available and selected.
