After your trial, accounts shipping more than 20 orders per month transition to our transparent pay-per-order model. Your fee is simply billed monthly based on your actual usage, so you never have to worry about selecting or switching between plans.

What happens if there is a missed pickup, failed collection, loss, or damage to my parcel?

The process for resolving these issues depends on which courier service you are using:

  • If you are using your own (BYO) courier account: Because you are using your own negotiated agreement, any service issues, such as missed pickups, failed collections, or claims for loss or damage, must be handled directly with your chosen courier. As your agreement is directly with them, they are the only ones who can resolve these specific account-related matters.
  • If you are using Interparcel’s negotiated courier network: If you have booked through our platform using one of the 16+ carriers in our own network, our Customer Service team is here to help. Please contact us directly, and we will manage the resolution process with the courier on your behalf.
