Maropost Commerce Cloud Shipping made simpler.

This connection supports the newer Maropost Commerce Cloud platform. Neto by Maropost stores, including older stores that previously used the Commerce Cloud name, use our separate Neto connection. If your credentials are a Neto store URL and API key, choose Neto.

Use Fetch Orders in Shipping Manager to import physical, unshipped items from orders with a Pending or Processing status and payment marked Paid or Captured. Cancelled orders, gift cards and items that do not require shipping are excluded. You can optionally limit imports to one Sales Channel ID.

Confirm the API Price Format, Product Weight Unit and Product Dimension Unit in your connection settings. These must match the values supplied by your Commerce Cloud API. If you want automatic dispatch updates, also save the correct Fulfilment Provider ID and Stock Location ID, then enable Mark Booked Orders as Despatched before importing orders.

Automatic webhook imports are not available for this connection yet. Use Fetch Orders in Shipping Manager whenever you need to bring in eligible orders. Fetching again also refreshes delivery details and removes cancelled orders from unbooked shipments.

Enable Mark Booked Orders as Despatched after configuring your fulfilment provider and stock location. For complete, unchanged orders, Interparcel can return the first tracking number and mark the order dispatched. Partial bookings, changed orders and split or overlapping fulfilments need a manual check in Commerce Cloud.

Yes. Book deliveries in Shipping Manager and print your Interparcel shipping labels. You can prepare multiple orders together and use Print Manager with a compatible printer to simplify label printing.

You can compare courier prices and delivery options in Interparcel before booking. This connection does not add live rates to your Commerce Cloud checkout; manage the delivery options your customers see in Commerce Cloud.

Yes. Compare international courier services, prepare customs information and print the documents needed for your booked service. Review product values, HS codes, country of origin and parcel details before confirming international shipments.

Yes. My Couriers lets you connect supported courier accounts, including Australia Post MyPost Business, Parcel Contract (eParcel), StarTrack and Direct Freight Express. You can then use those accounts alongside Interparcel’s shipping tools. See My Couriers for setup and current pricing.

There is no Interparcel subscription fee for this connection or Shipping Manager when using Interparcel’s courier rates; you pay for the deliveries you book. My Couriers has separate pricing if you bring your own courier rates. Your Maropost account must also include the required API access and permissions.

Yes. Customers can follow their parcels using Interparcel tracking. With dispatch updates enabled, the first tracking number is also returned to Commerce Cloud for supported complete orders. You can use branded tracking and available delivery notifications to support the post-purchase experience.
