Simply activate the bulk services feature to complete an order. Once this is complete, you can import your orders, select Asendia as your shipping service, and book the order. Then label each package, consolidate them into bulk boxes for easy management, and book a collection using the Bulk Collection tab to finalise your Asendia shipment. If you have any questions, please contact our shipping experts.
What countries does Asendia ship to?
With Interparcel's Asendia service, you can conveniently ship to Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, the USA, and the Philippines.
Do I need to change couriers to use Asendia’s rates?
No, you don’t need to switch couriers entirely. Our platform lets you choose from 16+ different couriers, all in one place. You can continue using other couriers alongside Asendia, making it easy to select the best option for each shipment and ensuring you always get the most cost-effective and efficient service.
Can I use my own rates?
You can use your own rates if you choose Australia Post, but we haven’t set up the option for BYO rates with other couriers yet.
