Select CouriersPlease from the results, complete your booking online, print the labels, and a CouriersPlease driver will collect from your address on the scheduled day.
CouriersPlease usually delivers in 1-2 working days for metro-to-metro shipments, and 2-5 working days for regional or interstate deliveries. Remote areas may take longer. CouriersPlease accepts parcels up to 25 kg per piece, with limits on length and girth. Oversized or overweight items may attract surcharges or be refused. Enter your parcel’s exact weight and dimensions in the Interparcel booking form to confirm eligibility.
Yes. You can select Authority to Leave (ATL) during booking if you’d like CouriersPlease to leave the parcel in a safe place without a signature. If Signature Required is selected and no one is available, the driver will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. Redelivery fees may apply.
Track your parcel on the Interparcel Tracking page using your Interparcel GB reference number to see real-time CouriersPlease scan updates. You can also receive tracking notifications by email or text if you select these options.
Please check Interparcel’s Prohibited & Restricted items policy for all CouriersPlease exclusions. Items such as dangerous goods, cash, perishables, fragile goods, and poorly packed items are not accepted. You can add optional Transit Cover at checkout for eligible items by declaring the value. Any claim will require the goods to have been sufficiently packed and proof of value.
