How to Activate Smart Boxing?

It’s easy to activate Smart Boxing within your Interparcel account. Just follow these steps.

• Log into your Interparcel account, go to 'Shipping Manager' in 'My Shipping Tools', and make sure your ecommerce platform is connected in the Integrations tab.
• Then select the 'Inventory' tab to start uploading your product dimensions via CSV or add them manually. You’ll need the height, width and length of all the products you have.
• Now click on the 'Smart Boxing' tab and click 'Add New Box'. From here you will upload the dimensions of all the different shipping boxes or parcels you use.
• To activate the Smart Boxing feature find the section called 'Enable/ Disable Smart Boxing' and click the toggle button below it. After this the algorithm will automatically find the perfect shipping box for your products in every order, which you can view in the 'Shipping Manager' tab.
