Day One of Retail Fest 2023
The first day of Retail Fest 2023 will no doubt fill you with excitement. Fortunately, the organisers will ease you into the event. There are only two activities available on day one.
The first is Martin Newman’s MBA in a Day Workshop. If you don’t have two years spare to earn this accreditation, then this is the class for you. You’ll get all the tools you need to help your business thrive. The second is the VIP Awards Gala Dinner, where innovation and excellence are celebrated in the Australian retail sector.
Day Two – Bring a Notepad
The second day kicks off with a bang thanks to some keynotes that start at 3pm. Our pick is the Retail Roadmap from 2023 to 2030. After the talks have concluded, the Exhibition Hall will open, and drinks will be served to attendees. You can come and say cheers with us!
In the afternoon, make time for the final two keynotes. The Value Equation will touch on how company values, customer lifetime value and value for money can give businesses the edge. The Retail Roadmap from 2023 to 2030 is also worth attending, so you have a glimpse of what’s coming up for the rest of the decade.
Day Three – Learn From the Best
The learning continues on day three of Retail Fest 2023. You should start the day with the keynote talk titled Consumers are Voting Green with Their Dollars. It will cover the increase in demand for businesses to provide sustainable options. Some excellent workshops follow this speech on conscious commerce and omnichannel strategies.
In the afternoon, you’re spoiled for choices when it comes to speeches from experts. You can choose between customer journey, marketing and conversion and growing global sessions, to name a few. There are also case study events that outline how other businesses have achieved success.
Day Four – Make Time for the Exhibition Hall
There are some excellent sessions on day four. You can learn more about running a business, leading teams of people, how to get the most out of marketplaces and more. However, make sure to spend time in the Exhibition Hall.
