The way surcharges are handled depends on the rates you choose for your shipments. If you book through our discounted Interparcel rates using our courier partners, we manage any applicable surcharges on your behalf. However, when you ship using your own (BYO) carrier accounts, any surcharges are handled directly by your courier as part of your existing service agreement. Regarding your BYO Interparcel integration, we keep things simple: after your 60-day free trial, we transition you to a transparent pay-per-order model if you ship more than 20 orders per month. This fee is billed monthly based on your actual usage, so there is no need to select a plan.
The way we handle lost or damaged parcels depends on the rates you choose for your shipment. If you have booked through our discounted Interparcel rates using our courier partners, our team is here to support you and will manage claims on your behalf. However, when you are shipping using your own (BYO) courier account, please contact the courier directly for any issues regarding the physical delivery, loss, or damage of a package.
Tracking is quick and easy. Simply head to the tracking page and enter your 12-digit tracking number to see the exact location of your parcel.
