You can track your shipment on the Interparcel Tracking page using your Interparcel reference to see real-time FedEx/TNT updates. Once collected, you can also track directly on the FedEx website using the carrier consignment number provided in your Interparcel order details.

Yes. For many services, you can select Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, allowing the driver to leave the parcel without a signature at your own risk. Pickup windows are set by the carrier, so while exact times can’t be guaranteed, you can choose your pickup date and add courier notes. If no one is available and ATL isn’t provided, re-delivery or depot collection may be required and may incur a surcharge.
