Yes. UPS offers door-to-door collection from most Australian addresses booked via Interparcel. A printed shipping label is required. Labels and any customs documents are generated in your Interparcel account once your order is confirmed. As a guide, heavier or oversize items may incur additional charges or be refused, and remote area surcharges can apply. Yes. UPS is only used for international exports from Australia on the Interparcel site. During booking, Interparcel will prompt you for accurate item descriptions, values, and HS codes, and will generate the required commercial invoices and customs paperwork. Duties and taxes are usually payable by the receiver or sender if unpaid unless you select a Delivery Duty Paid option where available.
All shipments must comply with Interparcel’s Prohibited & Restricted list, you must check against this list before booking to ensure the goods can be carried and if there are any limitations. Commonly Prohibited items include dangerous goods, aerosols, cash, perishables, and certain batteries or liquids. If you’re unsure, contact Interparcel Support before booking. Sending prohibited items may lead to returns, delays, disposal, or extra charges.
