Through Interparcel, you can book popular StarTrack domestic delivery services for both businesses and individuals. Options include fast road and air express services for satchels, parcels, and cartons. Availability depends on your collection and delivery postcodes, parcel size, and service type. Enter your details in the Interparcel quote tool to view live StarTrack options and prices.
After booking, you’ll receive an Interparcel tracking number. Enter it on the Interparcel Tracking page to see real-time StarTrack scan events, estimated delivery dates, and delivery confirmation. You can also enable email notifications for automatic status updates.
Transit times vary by route and service. StarTrack typically delivers next business day between major metro areas, 1-3 business days to most regional destinations, and longer to remote areas. Your quote and booking confirmation will display the most accurate estimates for your shipment.
Yes. StarTrack applies size and weight restrictions per item and per consignment. As a guide, many services accept items up to 30 kg with a maximum length of around 1.8 m, but limits vary depending on the service and lane. Enter your parcel’s dimensions and weight in the Interparcel quote tool to confirm eligibility.
When booking through Interparcel, you can choose Authority to Leave (ATL) for unattended deliveries if safe to do so, or select Signature on Delivery for added security. If no authority is provided and the address is unattended, StarTrack will card the property or attempt redelivery in line with their procedures.
Dangerous goods and prohibited items cannot be sent through Interparcel with StarTrack. Optional Transit Cover is available at checkout for eligible shipments to protect against loss or damage, up to the value declared. Always check the Interparcel Prohibited & Restricted items list and add cover at booking if your shipment qualifies.
