Will Interparcel contact me if my collection fails?

In the event that your collection fails, you must contact us via phone to rearrange your collection with your carrier. If you have organised a pick-up and you are not at the location, it is important that you monitor your pick-up status, and call us immediately if you see that your parcel has not been collected.
